The area is divided up into several zones in which The Food and Garden zone, previously coordinated by SLP, is now in the capable hands of Transition Town Peckham. Likewise the Brockwell Bake is an area run by Andy Forbes, a keen baker and advocate of hand-milled flours. Local restaurateurs judge for 9 categories for both local and professional bakers.
